Making a comeback for the 2025/26 academic year, Union Square offers a unique student experience for over 230 students from the UK and around the world. Located in the heart of Ouseburn’s student quarter, it puts you just a short walk from university, so you can enjoy those extra few minutes in bed! Do You Need Guarantor?
Without a UK rental guarantor, most landlords and agents will require you to pay the full year’s rent upfront. We have partnered with Housing Hand who can provide you with a certificate of rental guarantee.
However, there some of our student accommodation do not need a UK based guarantor in order for students to pay their rent in instalments, to know more kindly get in touch with our team and we will be happy to assist you with these properties.

No, smoking indoors is strictly prohibited for safety reasons. There are designated smoking spots outside the buildings
Yes, guests can stay for up to two nights. Simply notify a staff member if they are staying overnight, and be considerate of your roommates.
